I will create a 3D low to mid poly character in Blender, you will receive (regardless of package) an OBJ file, an FBX file and the source file/files of the character.
The model will be UV unwrapped and textured (either hand painted, procedurally done and baked, or done in a low poly style) with a diffuse map, metallic map, roughness map and normal map.
Any prop/additional asset with the project will come as a separate OBJ and FBX file as well as being included in the source file. If the model is to be attached to the character in some way, there will be an additional FBX/OBJ with both character and prop.
The character will be optimised for any game engine.
